I can respect that there are "white Rainbows" in the World 
i am not kidding. They are called " Fogbow's " - Rainbow's of different Shades of Brightness with nearly "absolutely" no Color in it.
The Color in them is only like +5%,
the "Water drops" inside them are SO. TINY. that the Human Eye Spectrum can't see the "broken Light" in as many Color's as in
Rainbow's of clearly bigger Water drops
I bet " these " Rainbow's would offend quite many Special Snowflakes these Days,
and they would probably called " Nazi Rainbow's " by them
